Step by step
Request a free quote
Fill out the service request form or call 760-961-1813. Tell us what needs to be served, the city, whether it is a residence or business, and your deadline.
Get a clear price
We quote $60–$200 based on location, residence or business, and road access, and confirm the price before any work begins.
Send the documents
We arrange how to receive your file-stamped documents and the details about the person to be served. Please do not upload sensitive documents through the website form.
We attempt service
We make reasonable, good-faith attempts at different times and days as needed, and keep notes of every attempt.
Documentation of the serve
A photo or Meta glasses video of the service and/or a photo of the property is captured as the serve happens.
You receive your proof
You receive the signed proof of service plus the photo or video documentation, or a report of attempts if service could not be completed.
You file with the court
Unless we agree otherwise, you or your attorney file the proof of service with the court before your deadline.
Checklist
What we need from you
The more we know, the faster and more accurate the serve. Have these ready when you request a quote or send documents.
- Complete, file-stamped documents. One copy for each person to be served, plus any forms the court requires to be included.
- Full legal name of each person or business. For a business, the name of its agent for service of process if you know it.
- Every address you have. Home, work, or other places the person is often found.
- Identifying details. A photo, physical description, vehicle, and the times they are usually home or at work.
- Your deadlines. Filing date, hearing date, or any other service deadline.
- Safety notes. Dogs, gates, weapons, or any history of violence at the address.
- Your contact information. Your name, email, and phone so we can send your quote, updates, and documentation.
