What affects your price
1. Area & location
Where the address is within the Inland Empire or Los Angeles County, and how far it is from our Rancho Cucamonga base.
2. Residence or business
Serving someone at home can differ from serving at a workplace, depending on access and timing.
3. Road access
Unpaved, gated, rural, or hard-to-reach locations can take more time and travel.
Other things that can change a quote
- Rush or same-day requests, when available.
- More than one person or address to serve.
- Additional attempts beyond those included in your quote, or extended wait time.
- Incorrect or changed information, such as a person who has moved. We'll always tell you and get your OK before doing additional paid work.
What's included in every serve
- Signed proof of service, or a report of attempts if service can't be completed.
- Photo documentation: a photo or Meta glasses video of the service and/or a photo of the property.
- Updates by phone, text, or email.
Payment & cancellations
Payment is due before or at the time service is attempted unless we agree otherwise in writing. If you cancel before any attempt is made, you get a full refund less any third-party costs. Fees for attempts already made are non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Court costs are separate. Our fee covers service only. Court filing fees and other third-party costs are your responsibility.
