Who can open a firm account?
Law firms, attorneys, paralegals, legal support teams and property managers who send serves regularly. Each request is reviewed and approved by our office before a login is created.
Can I send several recipients at once?
Yes. Add as many recipients as you need in one submission. Each becomes its own tracked job with its own status and proof.
What proof do I get?
A signed proof of service when service is completed, or a report of attempts if it can't be completed, plus photo documentation and the date, time and location of each attempt. You can view and download it from your portal.
How fast is a rush serve?
Rush jobs are prioritized for same-day attempts when our schedule allows, for a flat $25 added to the quote. If we can't meet a rush window, we tell you right away.
How do we pay?
Each job gets a secure payment page: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo. We never see or store your card number.
Is our clients' information kept private?
Yes. Your firm only sees your own jobs, documents are stored privately, and servers only see the job details they need to complete the serve.
Do you give legal advice?
No. Swift Serve SoCal is a process serving company, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice.
