Who can open a partner account?
Apartment leasing offices, property management companies, landlords and HOAs that send notices regularly. Each request is reviewed and approved by our office before a login is created.
Can I send notices for several units at once?
Yes. Choose the notice type once and add as many units and tenants as you need. Each one is tracked separately with its own proof.
Do you post and mail notices?
Yes, when you request it and personal delivery isn't possible. Tell us in the portal and we document the posting with a photo and record the mailing.
What proof do I get?
A proof of service or a report of attempts, with photo documentation and the date, time and location of each attempt. You can view and download it from your portal.
Do you write the notices?
No. You or your attorney prepare the notice; we serve it. Swift Serve SoCal is a process serving company, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice.
